Although we are taking a short summer break - it is now the perfect time to practice mindfulness outdoors
Enjoy your garden or backyard, explore local parks and trails, walk, jog, kayak or any other outdoor activities. Whatever your choice, commit to daily practice of mindfulness, rain or shine. Making time for nature a priority will have a lasting impact on your health and well-being.
Regular sessions will resume at St. Peter's library on Wednesday, August 2 at the usual time of 4 to 4:45 pm.
